Slitting
We can slit roll stock material cleanly and accurately, from large 48″ and 60″ wide rolls down to 1/8″ and wider rolls. Also, we can cut an almost unlimited variety of materials, including rubber, foam, tape, foil, film, laminates, cork and paper, with tolerances of +/_ .003″. The fast and simple machine set-up of our system, including touch screen selection of slit widths, roll cut count and dwell time at the grinder and core, gives us the ability to deliver quick turn-around times.
